Mystery Letter ~ Short Story Section

I checked my post box. Bills, letters from friends, the usual. Then I picked up one letter. Sent by a random name I didn't know. Frowning, I picked up the bright golden paper, a bright fuchsia on the stamp. Mysterious this was!

 I clumsily tore at the opening but it refused to open.

It's beady little eyes have life, but it is not moving. Wait, actually it is moving. It has no legs, so it is gliding toward me... This is getting scary, I can feel the menace in the air.
