HELLO, BOOKWORMS! (Well, you're still welcome if you aren't a bookworm.) You have probably swam your way through more books than necessary, and now, you need more! Or maybe, you just haven't found the right book to fall in love with. Well, this may be where you find your true love (I am really bad at writing blurbs/brief summaries. Maybe you should search up the book lol.)
1. Wonder [R.J. Palacio]
This book is simply amazing. It's about a boy called Auggie who has deformities on his face. He is being moved to public school, from being homeschooled. He gets bullied, as he thought he would, but things take a surprising turn...
2. Salvage [Keren David]
The plot to this story is awesome! This is about Cass and Aidan – siblings – who are separated at a young age and adopted into different families. They both lead very incomparable lives – one raised into a posh family, and another left unadopted, to care for himself once he was of age. Cass sets out to find her older brother, and they soon reconnect. Some explicit language and scenes.
3. One [Sarah Crossan]
This one is so interesting! This is a tale of conjoined twins, Tippi and Grace, who are moved to public school. Their family soon goes broke, since caring for conjoined twins are quite troublesome, and their dad has a drinking problem. They embark on a fabulous adventure based on their bucket lists, encouraged to be written by their friends. Some explicit language. Deals with alcoholic problems.
4. Apple and Rain [Sarah Crossan]
Don't I just love Sarah Crossan. This book is about a girl called Apple. She seeks to live with her mother, who left her to her grandmother, after her mother stormed off. She does end up living with mother, but finds a surprise. Deals with alcohol.
5. (Wattpad) See You Around [sundowning]
You will require to have Wattpad (an app/website), www.wattpad.com and make an account using email (please use a personal account, not one that belongs to your school). Search for See You Around and it will pop up. It's written by sundowning, a profile on Wattpad. Explicit.

Daniella Evans travels to Australia from America during her summer break. She meets a boy just a year older than herself, and he doesn't want anything to do with Daniella. His name is Christopher Stone (haha, because his heart is stone cold?). After many squabbles and a handful of harsh comments, they see it past each other and sparks fly... but not so easily.
